ownership of Paintball Park Memphis is presently
considering an offer to buy the business. EZ Paintball,
retailer and producer of high pressure air equipment, seeks to
expand into operating playing venues. Negotiations are
underway for a deal that could happen as early as the fall of
2005.
Paintball Park
potentially makes an excellent compliment to a retail business.
EZ desires a multi-course park for purchasers of paintball
gear. The acquisition would give them a functioning
operation with an existing and developed customer base.

In its 15-year lifespan
Paintball Park Memphis has grown tremendously and been vital in
building the sport of paintball locally. EZ has an obvious
interest in the continued long-term growth of paintball in the
Memphis area.
